Atin currently leads the engineering delivery group for Intelegencia. Atin has been with Intelegencia since its early days when he decided to take the leap of faith and became the 2nd team member in March 2009 as Software Engineer. Atin has been an integral part of the company’s growth these past 10 years and continues to deliver on Intelegencia’s vision and strategy for its global clients.
Technically, Atin is a “Jack of many trades” when it comes to technologies. He still enjoys coding and remains quite hands-on even to this day. Atin has personally led and successfully completed numerous projects across multiple projects for clients in North America, Europe, Middle East and Australia. His leadership style is to lead by example where he pushes his teams to think deeper and wider to not only provide our clients with what they have asked for, but to become true delivery partners for them.
Atin holds a Master's degree in Computer Application from IGNOU and has over 20 years of experience in technology domain. During his free time, Atin enjoys hiking, photography and solo rides to the mountains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are not professionals in terms managing project and hiring people.
I was interviewed in this organization for Dynamics CRM profile. I went through 2 client rounds and 1 management round and after that they released me offer letter.
On top of it their Project managers called me in between for some of their Dynamics CRM project pre sales work to which I extended my help and helped them in completing it.
Just 10 days before my last working day I got "an email", "not call" from HR saying that they cannot hire me since the client and project is no longer with them. And mangers are acting like they do not know anything.
So my advice to all Dynamics CRM community, do not accept offer from this company as they are not capable in managing projects and they can revoke your offer or throw you out at any point of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst managment, as i have been selected and got the mail by consultant of bangalore Ms. Nihan despite of that offer letter is not released yet, they are saying now my expectation is bit high whereas salary discussion is not done with me by the HR..?

As i got confirmation mail by consultant coz your HR kanika asked my docs like salary slip and relieving letter then i shared the same to Ms. Nihan and offer letter supposed to be released. However same is not released and i have been told by Nihan, my salary expectation was bit high whereas salary discussion is not done. After giving confirmation shortlisted mail despite of that we did not get anything yet.
