Worst company I have ever come across.Wasted my 2.5 golden year just after graduation.
You must be thinking why 2.5 year if its too bad.I explain this, because they have 2 year of bond and 90 days of notice period which can be increased if they want to or if you miss any day b/w 90 days.
Specially to Freshers, please don't think about this company.
Because management including HR & Managers are unprofessional,rude and morally dead, they all together DESTROY your career and personal development too.

HR staff is very helpful in this organisation.
Food quality is Good in less amount deduction only 250.
Health insurance they provide 4 lac which is applicable for both husband and wife.
They celebrate every indian festiwal and also US festiwal, and biggest benefit is leave, company provide much leave in month, so no issue of leave.
This company give you wings to fly.
This company policy is employe friendly.
This company never deducted salry if you valid reason for leave.
This company every year provide the party for company employee. Which is very great.
salary day of every month or 3rd and 2nd.
so totally, this is very good opparunity, if you selected by this organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience if you want to gain then go for Pacific bpo, Supervisor will talk to you every hour for work load while HR are non responsive at the time of giving salary. "Never Trust Anyone in Corporate" this lesson can be learnt here. There is a HR named Nitin Shersia who makes you fool with his honey talks at start and end up showing his true colors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well today Google asked me how was this Pacific Bpo, so let me tell you
1. The building infrastructure by itself is good but if you compare it to buildings in the area is very poor.
2. Apart from 1or 2 person working there most of them are rude to newcomers as well as liars.
3. Those rude that I said they are good and have morals as long as they are benefited, as soon as they get what they want they be like who are you and I won't do it.
4. They also cheat on salary promise one thing and pay less and then do excuses.
So that's all, I would suggest you to not take employment here as they will exploit you even if they seem good they won't after few months.(this view was shared with me by their employees)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place to work. HR provide you false promises. It's a call center not a BPO and after working so hard you will get deductions in your salary for no reason. Some times there's unfair deduction for the leaves which you didn't took and then you have to struggle to get your hard earned money. Company Having no standard of appointment. Giving some people 80% hike and others 20% without any reason. Overall very very bad place for girls to work. HR department don't even respect girls while talking. Highly disappointed and carrier de growth.
