Tech Mahindra’s social activities are carried out by Tech Mahindra Foundation (TMF)- its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm. The Foundation was set up in 2006 as a Section 25 Company (referred to as a Section 8 Company in the Companies Act, 2013). Since then, it has worked tirelessly towards the vision of ‘Empowerment through Education’, establishing itself as a CSR player within the Mahindra Group as well as a social organization at the national level. The programs are run in two modes — directly implemented through the Foundation and with partner organizations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The working environment is good and you won't feel insecure, people are also friendly and helpful, good infrastructure availability. Yeah, there are office politics too like every organisation.
But salary is not that much to expect....It depends on the process or projects and is better for freshers.
By the way those who are getting promotion through internal job posting are getting less salary barely 10% of increment...

There is no job security they want slaves who never do any mistake they should hire roberts not humans because its easy to fire the employee for them. Salary package is low . They will never tell you your mistake and never give you chance for 1 month . I will never be suggested for this company .They are liar .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hii..I am ayesha and i am here to tell about this company which is the worsest company I have ever seen before doing job here I used to think that it is good company but after 1 month experience i come to know that this is the wrsest company..and the reason why am saying this is there is no job security here they fired people without any reason and ask us to resingn and even dont tell the reason and they and they hired us for chat process and tell us that there is a concurrency for 3 chats but after we come to floor they gives us 10 chats at a time and ask us to reply everyone in a second amd also ask us to call every cx at a time they alll are just mad and moronof tech mhindra they think there emplyees like there servent..if someone os thinking to join here I tell you to think twice..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good company. They provide you good salary(based on processes). Ambiance is also good. Supportive staffs and cab facility is also available for employees of night shifts(not sure if it's for some specific processes). Its quite likable.
