★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HR is ridiculous, they create non-sensical policies, vary from employee to employee. Probably the management is also involved. The worst part is the company itself says we are hiring but we don't have parking. They are running a 300+ employee organization and vision is clueless. Even admin team is helpless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go to this organization, if you get the job interview call. frightful staff and worst behavior of HR side, they can do the follow up very aggressively before the scheduling the interview once you crack the interview they don't even pick up the call. there has graphic head they havn't knowledge of designing nor communication.
if you give them rights answers so they fill unsecured & your profile would be rejected, choose your career wisely!!
