★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonreliable services. They come for contract giving all great commitments, but do not follow aggrement. They come in action only to take money from u. After u give money, they abscond for 2-3 months. Then they do another bit of task and again ask money. Hopeless services. It is been 9 months and our task is not yet over. Not worth referring to anyone. They don't pick up calls as well.
Incompetent staff - specially marketing.
Had to give 1 star to share my comment, they don't deserve this as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, as there is no negative marking, I am compelled to select 1 star. Most hopeless and non satisfactory after sales service. There was no power generation within 15 days of installation of meter and after so many reminders and follow ups his person came after 5 days to rectify the fault. Before taking the the order the party was talking of hifi performance and after sales services and bla bla bla. .... so many things and outputs were assured. The installation was promised to complete by November 2019, but was completed in February 2020. Even after 9 months from date of installation of solar system, cleaning system is yet not installed. For this pending job more than 100 calls and reminders were sent. Party is either not attending the call or disconnecting my call as if he is no more interested to install cleaning system on separate chargeable basis. Today I had received the phone call from the office staff whereby I was warned to remove previous review posted by my son. I am facing most hopeless service and rude replies from the party. Kindly be careful if you deal with these fellows

I am writing this review as our company has faced the heat and we have burned our hands working with them, wouldn't want others to go through the same. Initially they behind us for the work with them calling us numerous times and this is from Mr. Dhvanit Kamlesh Pathak (Owner) , once the payment is processed we have to run behind them , and make numerous calls , which he is always busy . We have made huge investments and regret highly for relying on Mr. Pathak.
