Worst company to work in with no on time work even after taking a full payment in advance. And no reply from them too.

I am using since last 3 months. Repeated request to give wifi dongle not received by deaf ears. This has been difficulties with the number of installed individuals.
Required more efficient staff if they need more customers in the next seasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had problem of low production of power in summer months I brought it up to the engineers of the company. The issue was very quickly addressed the problem resolved at great speed. I am impressed with response of the team and the effectiveness of work.
Whenever there after even a small issue is there it is expeditiously resolved

Whenever anything issue in system.
They respond so quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor response of marketing and technical team. They are taking work by showing very big things, where as their focus towards customer delivery is big zero. We have tried to installed solar through U R energy but even after 3+ months they don't have visibility that when given work will be completed end to end.....
