★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitting sitting and sitting. No Proffesionalism. All patients have been waiting since more that 2hrs, but no doctor has arrived. They don't value time nor the patients health. Many are sitting empty stomach. Useless. The first and last time visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 84 years bedridden mother in law got totally wrong report from your end, your portable x ray machine report " right shoulder dislocation and fracture at greater tuberosity of humerus is seen" gave us extreme harassment. We have to admit our mother in a Nursing home and they told us there is no bony injury. Now we are thinking about consumer forum

Staff behaviour is very nice and polite.
And blood test quality and reporting are also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the best doctors in there pannel, very hygienic diagnostic, best equipments they use for testing, staff behaviour is very polite, also well maintained of reports delivery time . Pacis is a safe and genuine place for testing and for doctor checkups. Highly recommend Pacis diagnostic if anyone is looking for better experience they should visit there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nirmalya Deb is a very unprofessional doctor. Please do not consult him else you'll have to face similar problem what I faced today. I got an appointment today morning for consultation at 5 pm. It started raining heavily here and i received the call from the center at 4.50 pm asking my location. I told them that I got stuck at the Kudghat metro station due to rain. I'll reach in sometime one the rain subsides. Then the lady confirmed that doctor will come around 5.30 pm. But after 10 mins the lady called again and told that doctor will not come today as other patients are cancelling their appointments due to bad weather. I came back just now and it is 5.33 pm now. It was an harassment for me. Just now i again received a call asking whether it will be possible for me to visit on Saturday to which i profusely refused and stated the unprofessional behaviour of the clinic and the doctor. Mine was a bike accident case hence was the urgency to consult the doctor as i was feeling pain just under my rib cage. But doctors these days doesn't have any humanity. Anyways, please consider this situation before visiting this centre and the mentioned doctor.
