★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and Pathetic customer service. They don't understand the meaning of customer service. For them, once they have sold the machine, their job is done. Please don't buy their machines if you want after sales service. They will procrastinate and will give hundred reasons why they can't come. In the end, you and your business will suffer and it doesn't matter to them at all. That's the kind of attitude they have.

He is not making the repayment of same.so please rethink while making payment.now he is saying he will not repay the same.as we are women entrepreneurs he is playing with our emotions .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Hegde is good person but when I went with my project to him for machinery tat time he met and from later on dint recieve my calls and always used to tell tat he is busy with his own work with high profile p(vvip)..!! But he lost his business doing such with me.!!
