What a reason ...and this is the same story with every other Jio store I have visited ...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A service centre to quickly resolve your communication needs from JIO telecom. Friendly staff attend your problems quickly. However what is most annoying is that for certain Sim related services you are directed to Reliance Digital located at about 500 mètres away. I'm still unable to understand which centres does which work. I sincerely hope Jio would look into this and also the staff would smile more and frown less.
