I purchased all the appliances and lights for my house worth more than a lakh from them.
Prices of the appliances are somewhat ok, but lights were very costly.
You can get lights at cheaper rates from other places.
Delivery was pathetic, it wasn't done on time.
Loading and unloading was promised, but that wasn't done. They simply booked porter for delivery. I had to carry the appliances on my own to 2nd floor, that also porter guy charged extra money for the little help he did.
All the appliances weren't delivered although complete money was paid and they told everything was in stock, but later they told few items were out of stock so they could not deliver it.
One tubelight and false ceiling light came used one and deffective.
I had purchased spot lights all in warm white colour, but few came in warm white, few came in cool white.
The chimney hose pipe that they provided wasn't of proper size as per the chimney model. I had to purchase one from the installation guy.
The hob was very old stock it seems, it was rusted and auto ignition wasn't working.
The inlet and outlet pipes provided for the gyser were of very cheap quality.
After installation of all the lights, I am left with few packets of strip lights that I wanted to return but they have no return policy.
They are ready to exchange the deffective lights, but their shop is open only on their convenience. Basically if you want to buy something new they will entertain you very nicely. But they don't entertain these refurnds and exchanges.
Basically I went to Chikpete for saving few bucks but I ended up in spending more. I could have bought from my local store or online for a better experience.
