Truly very satisfied. My journey from Chandigarh with Pal Travel Lines was too good. Although, it was a long journey I enjoyed it. Nice amenities and a luxurious bus! I couldn't wish for a better bus. I chose the single berth which was cozy. The drivers were very humble and they took good care to make our journey smooth. No sudden breaks/rash driving. I wasn't much tired after taking up such a long journey. Nice journey and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hated my trip from kasol to delhi.
They list their buses as bharat benz/Volvo but in reality the buses are converted tata’s/ashok leyland. They refuse to turn on AC in hilly areas citing the reason as lack of maintenance and engine heating in their buses while real volvo’s never face such issues. Most importantly they are never on time, as of now my bus is late by approx 2 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE AVOID THIS TRAVELS I travelled with my family recently to Manali. Firstly they kept changing boarding station we boarded bus 2.5 hrs late. Than they stopped at some shady dhaba in night which was quite expensive and bad washrooms. Next morning they stopped at another place which was equally bad at that point of time one passanger asked to move the bus as it was taking a lot of time, the Driver response was "Aage aake dekh Tera baap sheesha sahi kar raha hai" on this the passanger responded and driver slapped the passanger. After that fight broke up and driver cleaner conducter and 2 more guys from different bus service beaten the passanger and misbehaved with his wife. The passanger called for police help and bus was stopped at Kot police station between Mandi and Kullu for more than 2 hours. The bus driver didn't have a. Valid license and bus papers. They even changed number plate of bus we boarded in 8438 and later on they changed it to 4447. Please avoid them.

Old bus .. which i suffered is that bus got stuck in middle of the hill .. and we have to wait to get another bus for almost 5 hours. trip time was 14 hours delhi to manali and it took 20 hours to reach manali. Then bus operators have commission so stop over 5 places to just have food.. never go with this traveler ever. Worst ever experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel service. There is no fixed time to reach destination. We took a bus from kasaul to new delhi. It's a 12 hr route but the bus took 19 hrs and that too without any significant traffic. The bus speed never crossed 40, even in the highway the trucks are overtaking the bus. The bus stops at multiple locations as they have commision established with the dhabas. We missed our train even after we kept 7 hrs buffer.
Advice: please find an alternative service if you're on a schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, no professionals.
They don't even have a Volvo bus. You will wait till late night then a normal Tata bus will come to take you to himachal. The condition of that bus was so bad that none of the seat was normal, all the seats were broken no fans/AC working. Worst bus service I have ever seen. I booked bus from Delhi to Kasol which took 24hrs to reach Kasol from Delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I along with my family took volvo services from them.I was happy and satisfied with their services. Better driving skills, cleaned buses with good one stoppages.
Only missing was the need to create one whatsapp group for better understanding of pickup point and buses number, if delayed or any modifications.

Extremely waste bus . Dirty seats.
They call it semi sleeper, couldn’t even sit properly.
Driver and other staff are rude.
Charging ₹ 30 extra for luggage .
Stops at Shaby Dhaba that charges exorbitant and food was poor quality. Bathrooms weren’t clean
They don’t have proper vehicle documents so the driver changes route to evade the police checking.

We booked the seat for bharatbenz vehicle but bus was not that. It has worst seating comfort. Boarding time was 4:50PM but the bus started from the pickup point at 6 and he left us in some stange place and said bus wont go to the destination. An accident has occured in the middle leading to a broken back window. The driver rided very slow. Worst customer service.
Too much confusion in seating arrangements same seats were booked by 2 persons.How is that even possible we don't know?
