★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bharat gas agency at Palam vihar. Either u wanna a new connection or wants to transfer ur gas connection from somewhere else. Get it fast . There is 2 hrs. Lunch break. I don't know the exact time.
Staff members are good and supportive too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff, they don't know how to behave with customers. Staff is not having process knowledge to issue and disconnect the customer gas connection. Even Bharat gas customer care support is very poor. Their agency staff and customer care executive both don't provide exact solution to customer problem. I disconnected my Bharat gas connection and will not recommend anyone to go for Bharat gas. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is ok and is located at the corner of the kendra market. The staff behaviour is good, polite and helpful.
I visit this place 3 to 4 times and had overall a good experience with the services.
They are also on time to deliver the filled gas cylinder to home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't say they are providing good service. I get the connection easily and they made the delivery of both my connection very next day of booking. However they gave me my connection passbook after 4 weeks. They missed the passbook and I visited the agency 5 times only to get the passbook

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I have experienced the service of bharat gas before in Punjab, this agency was also no exception. In one word I would say 'EXCELLENT'. They will try to solve all of your issues like it's their personal issues. I was surprised with the response time and was like .... Are you sure that the work is done?... Don't I need to come again or bring more documents?... It's only 5-10 minutes.... So basically I would rate bharat gas as best for its service and staff behavior. Hats off for the training they have received.
