1. Food service time needs to be reduced.
2. Room freshness to be maintained.
3. Ac cleaning. Once started AC, dusty air flow and affects health and started sneezing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was dusty and the musty smell was so disturbing that it was difficult to sleep at night. There were cockroaches roaming around the room. The bathroom was congested and was not cleaned properly. Even after multiple requests, the hotel staff failed did to provide towels.

Few scope of improvement for hotel team.
A) Rooms bed size should be more big in length
B) In Buffet there should be more varieties in both non veg as well veg
C) water heater should work properly
D) Pls rectify your taps
Note :
Pls keep the windows close of the rooms otherwise you will be greeted by big rats ?. I have experienced it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide very poor service specially if you are a company employee. Gate locking and opening card gets deactivated everyday and one needs to activate it in daily basis at the counter. If you ask for any service like gate opening and water bottles, they will take as long time as possible. Very much disappointed with the service. I will try and ask my company Aditya Birla Group to avoid accommodating the employees at this hotel from the next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good experience staying with Pallavi aVidha. The hotel was at prime location & provided amazing view from my room. The room service was slow but laundary servise was amazing. Breakfast was also good.
Go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the best thing is that pallavi has a manager like *mr Deepak* very calm and smart he knows how to deal with a customer otherwise experience was not so good my room was average door bell not working, torn bed sheet and pillow cover issues, that was my birthday and the 2nd manager mr Anil was arguing with me about rates cos i extend my stay. +1 day he said we can't provide u the same rate and it happened, at 00:00 hrs of my birthday,when you extend your stay reception doesn't update the restaurant about ur stay so when we reached to have ur breakfast the waiter stopped you and asked about ur stay, is worst and very awkward for usbut thanks Mr Deepak to handle the situation very smartly and professionally god bless you bro, my well wishes for you and ur bright future
