β β β β β Very very less customer value....Seriously not good..They have attitude, and I think so they don't need customers..The salesman not having the proper manner to connect with customers choices and also the manager and owner of the place are very bad in behaviour like they are paying for our products...

Selling so many silk sarees, I wonder why they are not officially silk mark? Expensive purchasers deserve such guarantee

β β β β β Yes, they have nice collection .. but they do not care for their customers. As mentioned in many reviews owner/manager is so rude.. , I made biggest mistake by keeping trust on their brand name. I order to make a saree , but they did not kept their promise. Very poor experience....

β β β β β Best sarees collection a bride? can find in pune for her special day. The shop has many collection in Silk, Cotton, Georgette and much more. The staff is also great they have all the knowledge about things they are selling. Prices are expensive but worth it.

β β β β β Had a disappointing experience. Bought a gown from here for my own engagement. There were certain issues with the zip so i took it back to them before the event. Instead of fixing it they said the zip is new so it is tight. But, on the day of my engagement the zip broke and couldn't be fixed with whatever we tried! Was very embarrassing and infuriating. When we complained about the same, instead of at least apologising, the owner said "ab toh kuch nahi kar sakte, ab toh madam ne pehen liya".
Never again stepping into Pallod for any purchases. Not recommending anyone to go there because of their rude behaviour.

1) My personal experience today, We requested them to do a video call for 5 mins for showing or selecting between 2 sarees with our sister...But they didn't allow us and because of that we called our sister to come on the shop and for her we waited around 2 hours. And the twist is when We entered shop with the sister one of customer was doing nicely a video call...
On that moment we got idea about those shop customers value..and we denied to buy...and they are really fine for that.
2)The employees are not having the knowledge to interact with customers choice.
3)Not every but most of the Employees behavior is just like they just want salary for just showing 5-10 sarees per customer.
4)If you are looking for some expensive and good in budget sarees, I will recommend you to go to some another good quality shop on the Laxmi road. THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER values with comapre to pallod staffs and owner too.
