★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for 7 years on rent, it's a decent society with very less flats (10 floor with 6 apartment each), so that's a plus. Location wise it's also good with banks, schools (MBS is at walking distance), food joints across the road. No issues as far as electricity and water is concerned. Only 2 drawbacks, first, the rent is very high, and also the 2BHK flats don't get in any sunlight in winters and a lot of heat during summers.
