★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a society with horrible management. The flats are full of termites as water leakage issue is there as no proper water management system from society. Guards are more interested in supplying grocery to earn extra money. And most importantly tenants are not paid any attention because the supervisor Manoj and others are puppets of President . But the worst of the lot is Mr Nabin Panda who has zero brain and lacks etiquettes. And mind you all society can start any repair work anytime and damage your personal property.
People renting or buying think before you invest in a poorly managed society full of termites and a horrible committee who wants guards and workers to lick their feet!
