★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge area and a great location are the high points. The flats are built generously and are well ventilated. But the society is plagued by poor maintenance and the residents resort to unauthorized construction on a large scale. Their is no MC to control and manage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Sector 10, Dwarka the society is named after Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed, an Indian lawyer and politician who served as the fifth President of India from 1974 to 1977.
Well maintained. Right next to the Sector 10, Main Market, the society has petrol pumps, ATMs, metro stations and markets within a 2 kilometre radius.
In front of the society, we have the much loved Dwarka Sports Complex.
Sale and purchase of properties is on hold due to a legal dispute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments need a lot of repair work and paint jobs. I frequently visit this apartment because my friend lives there and I have seen the condition of each floors from the outside. The good thing is that guards are always active and they will salute to everyone whenever you enter the gate.
