Well maintained and guarded.
It has a BOB ATM at the main gate.
Very near to Dwarka Sec-10 market.
Sector 6 market is also across the road. All major facilities nearby.
A big park for walk and for children to play is just at the backside,just across the society's boundary wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there is a peaceful park where you may enjoy the peace, silence, and grow your skills with your partner. (prerna apartment, is a peaceful place where no one interesting into each-other, i have went near this place in the park every 2nd day with my partner to grab the peace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample parking space. Very well organised society. They have a Sports and Cultural committee where almost all the residents participate actively. Life in Prerana is fun. Residents are very coperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location. Everything available at walking distance .Sector 10 and 6 markets are close by. A sabji mandi is held just across the road every Tuesday evening. Aayushman Hospital on one side. Four schools within 1/2km range. BOB ATM at the entrance ( though it's out of order most of the time) .2 small green parks. One with a big slide and a swing set. The other one is bigger with cement benches and ideal for parties too. One badminton court. Good for tenants. Parking spaces can be a bit of a problem if you have two vehicles. CCTV all around the compound. Guards are efficient. Flats are spacious. Dry and wet garbage are separately collected. All important festivals are celebrated by the residents. Overall the best place to stay in Sector 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good society. However, tenants are treated badly. For someone who wants to buy it, location is perfect. Flat are spacious. Parking lot is available (preference given to owners not tenants). Surrounded by greenery. Close to the hospital and the main market. Apartments can be a bit noisy since it is on main road. Very good for owners, okayish for tenants.
