★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely third grade, from:
1. Ground floor, damp, mosquito-infested rooms, which are supposedly 'suites'
2. Scarcity of essential items like towels, drinking water, mosquito repellents, and so on. Infact, a bottle of mineral water was provided on check-in (without our having to ask) and we assumed it was complementary. However, we were charged for it. It was mentioned 'nothing is complementary'.
3. The biggest problem: Massive power cuts and no power backup. And the rooms are so dark, one cannot do anything without the power.
4. Geyser not starting, broken toilet seat and substandard food are some of the other features of this place.
Suggestion: Do not book accommodation at this place, if you have an alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good... people are good,very helpful and well behaved..but Resort was not maintained properly.. conditions of room were very poor..ac isn't working properly.. bathroom condition is pathetic..it's a huge resort but wish they have maintained it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Rude behaviour from the front desk. Ironically "Princess suits" are least maintained.It's more of an amusement hub for mosquitoes than people. We mostly had to stick to indoors after sunset.There's nothing much to do unless you have good company. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice but is heavily understaffed and the services are very slow. If you order lunch, at 2 they won't be able to serve it for the next 2 hours. Every meal has to be ordered at least two hours in advance and several of the items on the menu are not available.
The Adult pool is now closed and everyone has to make to with the Kids pool. The pool experience was still satisfactory.
The hotel staff is perpetually in a rush and yet is doing a tardy job of keeping the place running.
Overall, the place doesn't offer as good of a service as the place looks from outside. This place is a perfect example of how you should never judge a book by it's cover. Very dissatisfied with the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here on new year’s eve with family and friends. Ample space for playing with kids and even it has play area for kids. Food is very good and is upto standard portions served is enough for 2 and a kid. Rooms are also good but could be better but on the price they offer its more than enough.
Only reason for 4 stars is that it’s a bit old and needs upliftment and add some more activities plus get a Bar License too it if they do so it will be one of the best place to go in Joka area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last weekend I went with my 3 friends to have a one day get together staying at the resort. It was a horrible decision we took. We were so unhappy. Everything about the resort is wrong. We booked it online through their own website which had so many inclusions. Nothing was provided to us. Everything was closed. The amenities in the park, the pool all were closed. They had only one reason due to covid we have closed and repair work will shortly resume. My question is that then why did you included the adventure, the games in the menu. Next thing was we booked two executive rooms, to our surprise one executive room was given and one normal room was provided. The waiter and staffs were rude and service was poor. The manager had no proper answer. The guy at the reception desk behaves like he own the property and has offered stay to us for free of cost. We wasted our money and the day. Please don't visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor food service. Rooms are good but they turn off AC at night and say there's fault in line but it's not true. The resort is not well maintained and needs renovation. You can visit this place if rates are frugal. For food, better go to Akshardham and eat as it's cheap and better quality and barely a km walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, honestly speaking, while booking I was skeptical about what we would experience basis the reviews on the net. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The place is plush and obviously one can't expect 5 star experience but this place offers total value for money. The food is really good, staff is courteous and service is pretty good, contrary to some of the reviews available on the internet. Couple of points for improvements are, cleanliness and adding more variety to the menu. Another suggestion is to keep the restaurant open beyond the current cut off time of 9 pm, at least till 10 pm. Overall had a good experience. Thank you Palm Village! Keep up the good work!!
