We purchased grains yearly stock today
(3.3.18 ) worth Rs.6350. We gave order at 11 am and goods were despatched at 4.30.
One item of pulav rice were ordered 10kg by mistake instead of basmati rice. We requested by two phone calls at 12.40.
But they sent pulav rice only.
Very poor response. The clerk said they despatched within 5 minutes of giving order. I am surprised how it is possible to send 80 kg goods in 5 minutes. Totally irresponsible reply without discussion with the owner.
Very disappointing business policy.
