★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Experience. We bought a semi automatic machine on 22 Oct and just after 4 days, we got a issue with spinner tub as it stopped working. Technician came but was not able to identify anything. Next day the same thing happened that spinner tub stopped working in between. We lost the trust on this piece and wanted the store to replace the machine. We called the store and their salesman jagdish told that the owner has told it cannot be replaced as we have opened the machine.. Are you serious.. how else we would have identified this problem without using it and if this would have been running fine, why would we have even bothered to call and ask for replacement. Even tried to reach panasonic zonal service manager Mr Deepak Jain but he is not lifting calls as well. I had lot of trust on panasonic but this experience has shaken my trust. We wanted to speak to owner but the salesboy is neither connecting us to him nor giving his phone number. I don't say panasonic is bad but unfortunately this piece does not seem to work as expected. But one thing is bad for sure and that is the behaviour of shop owners after sales. I am not a person who would write such reviews but as no one is hearing me and lifting my calls, i am forced to bring out my agitation to this forum.
