★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PATHETIC after sales service. I bought an air conditioner from them a month ago and from past 5 days, the AC(Hitachi) is giving me a lot of trouble. I've been trying to reach them through a call, but no one responded even a single time. The mobile number ,mentioned on the business card (ending 3311) is ALWAYS busy and never calls back. This is exactly opposite of what the owner promised while selling.
