★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of my packages has been doing rounds between their head quarters (Ambala City) and this place. And they kept refusing the delivery with comments "no such person or place". Delivery place is MDC Sector 5, less than 5km.Horrible.Atleast pick up the damn phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them 0 star. On someone's advice I got my stuff posted from here to Blr. My consignment did reach late, I was wondering why. When i got it, the moment I lifted it, I felt it was way lighter than what i had posted. Upon opening the outer STITCHED cover, i saw that someone had opened my box. Then I saw most of my clothes, including 2 beautiful sarees, missing.
I know, my bad, why didnt I courier?
Maybe that person had a good experience with this 8 sector branch, a lot of ppl i talked to later, shared the same story, their stuff got stolen too. And i know sec 8 Pkl PO ppl did it coz the stamp date of Blr PO was the day I got my box.
Pretty sure those who gave 5 stars here r relatives of the employees or employees themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on such department of Government. Such Institutions/departments advise others to be punctual for their duties, responsibilities and functions but itself do not even update their own number or they do not even have one. This is one of the old and biggest department of Govt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am waiting for an urgent parcel from speed post since last 3 days. Today when I went there with my husband, we were told that they can not give us the parcel as this can cause them trouble. Lastly I have to return without taking my parcel and I am still waiting for the postman to deliver it.
The way their staff shouts at you is something not accepted. The postmaster is too arrogant and you will spoil your mood talking to him. They will update the status in their system by themselves and write that the door was locked, there was no one to pickup etc. you will never get a proper idea where you parcel is.

These are the common terms u will get to hear at this place . U cannot leave this place under 1 hour if u want to get ur work done . Slow ppl , slow systems and slow procedure .

Statement was that due to staff shortage we are not available for this service.
Counter no.7 was closed and staff was not able to confirm the required documents for aadhar address updation.
Poor service.
Privatisation is required for these services.
