★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a group of thieves giving false promises as long as payment is due....and when payment is complete you can see their naked face. Their actual business is scavenging money from terrified and confused patient....Said tickets has been booked in 2 tier, but on the day of journey they said that your ticket has been "downgraded" from 2 tierAC to 3 tierAC and they didn't even bother to inform us. Said medicine will be provided by them...but made us by medicine worth 10K for 1.5 day journey.... Said Ambulance will be AC but when we came to Howrah station we saw a non AC ambulance. When asked for reason they said this is what we are supposed to get. Will be moving our case to court. In the mean time please stay away from these fraudsters as those money can be utilised in the treatment of your family
