★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 4800 through NEFT. After that ignored to provide service to covid patient. But not refunding my 4800. Fraud company and inhuman behavior. When I am requesting to return my money, the ambulance service provider is throwing ugly slang languages.

I have a pathetic and horrible experience with them in the time of pandemic. I paid for ambulance through NEFT and shared UTR details, I need ambulance urgently. But they are saying they will not go until money gets credited to their bank account. Even if patient is dying they will wait for 2-3 hours until they get money. I waited but they didn’t come. When I am requesting to refund my money as NEFT cannot be canceled once initiated, they’re denying and throwing very rough band ugly local cheap slang words. Please be aware before calling them for ambulance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent prompt service. Amazing behavior of staff. Some other company's ambulance was charging me Rs. 2500 for a distance of probably 800 - 900 km, whereas Golden Hour Ambulance charged the minimum price of Rs 800. I have opted for their service three times, and everytime I have encountered excellent performance. Highly recommend their service.
