★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #Reality #Electricity issue # InternetIssue # BadSecurity #BadBuilding quality. Maintenance of the society is poor because of which the society residents raised their voice and still no steps were taken.
Now they keep on deleting their poor reviews for the society from the social networking sites just to hide their lake of professionalism and disloyalty. Still they are not handing over the OC to the C Block residents which they promised from past 5 yrs. Shame on the Panchsheel builder.

As a resident and practising Civil structural engineer I have personally verified structural and many types of construction fault has been found.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge fire broke out last night, filling smoke in the entire building and surrounding buildings, to our surprise there was no fire alarm! Alarming residents of danger. 2 car burned in ashes in parking other struggled to take cars out as there is only 1 entry and exit point. Inadequate security measures and protocols. Pathetic builder, building materials and maintenance. Dont invest your money. Fire was in Panchsheel Green2, b4 b5 basement at sector 16 greater noida at 11 pm on 29 April.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst society I have ever seen. Builder doesn’t allow internet service in the society of your choice only single service provider is there. No maintenance, no park for kids. We have been living here for last 4 years and in every summer we have to fight against electricity tripping in the society for many hours daily in night times.
