Club never working ,club attached with under construction project approx 6 yrs after possession..
Builder don't have money to start his construction..
once you explore the market then rate per sqft 3300/- per sqft approx but Shri Group 2800/- due to management and maintenance of society is poor .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know what to say about the flat because I have not got the flat till now.. Got it booked in 2015 and its been now 7 years.. and have no update.. Sometimes they they start working sometimes they again stop.. and I always get to know tis thing.. "Sir bs 6 mahine me mil jaega".. Don't know when these 6 months will end...
Please somebody from the team give a genuine answer as to when the flats in Tower 15 will be delivered????

No staff, project office is functional at the Noida site....
Sky Garden is a fraud and I am stuck there....
They are not good enough for 1 star also...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are facing many issues in this society, No proper cleaning in lobby area. Only one lift is functional out of 2 in my tower. Builder is not available neither in office nor over call.

These is no work is going on for the project. Builder is a fraud, never respond to any queries.
Don't even think to buy any property of shri group.
