★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very asthetic, still better in terms of 4, 4 bhk flats at one floor, verygood sunlight, road facing structure, airy, big kitchen - though not very apealing from outside, but interiors of flats can be done very good opportunity to get ur flat modeled as per your requirement and choice.
I can say only because I also deal in interiors.
A value for money types, especially as per the layout of this tower open area around is an added advantage.
Can be remodeled fabulaously.

As it is important point for differently abled persons to have approach to there home.
Society is well maintained with proper lighting and greenery.
All the out amenities are upto the mark and build quality of apartments is fairly good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and well maintained ready to move in society in Greater Noida west. All services are good except they don’t have any commercial space in society. So there is no shop available for daily needs within the society. There flats are very spacious and layout and architecture is very good but seems construction material used is not of good quality.
