★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am residing in Panchsheel greens 1. The society is going through some permanent problems that are starting to get irritating.
there is a constant fued happening between the residents and the maintainance office due to which the both parties came to the solution of non - cooperation. The maintainance is withdrawing whatever minimum services they gave before. and the people are not giving the maintainance.
there have been some series of problems regarding this :
a) Lift is not fixed. its been over a month using only 1 lift in a 19 -floor building.
b) Blocked services like electricity recharge through paytm. (even for the residents paying maintainance.
c) Garbage disposal is not working since i have been living here. over 1.5 years.
d) Electricians, plumbers, garbage man and the services promised for have rude behaviour and the maintainance office people have rude behaviour.
e) Outside near the shops, everything is dugged up, open drainage systems. Mud all over the place.
