★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest society in terms of "area" in noida extension. Large open areas and well ventilated. Construction is average, maintenance is good, located in hub of noida extension. Although the builder is slow to deliver, even after 10 years of booking still some flat are yet to be delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice and clean. maintenance is really nice but flats are congested, common area is also congested. drainage pipes are too small 6 cm as per my understanding. gas pipeline is available. gardens are really beautiful and maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice infrastructure, big flats, 2 bhk flats have 3 balcony, flexible rates, nicely managed grounds and buildings many of the bulidings are 20 floored , parking facility available, pools and clubs are closed due to corona

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society with nice people. Maintenance is an issue as overall building material is not good. 2 lift for 8 flats per floor is again very bad structural planning. Well overall above average society in compare to another Noida extension projects.
