Society is located in crossing Republik and very near to furniture market Shahbera.
Local market is also nearby and plenty of parking space available obviously for residents and some space for visitor parking as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad maintenance. They hardly support owners. Hindrance and excuses in everywork by electrician, plumbers etc and demand money/tip for things already covered in maintenance. Not paying salaries also to security people and buildings look old without any painting from last many years.
