★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dull service, pathetic ATM and pass book service which are automated but mostly they do not work. employees are very sluggish also there have been incidents when people have been dupped inside the bank or they have been cheated on in Bank premises. so there are chances that bank employees are involved in, cameras picture quality and angles are doubtful as they are pathetic and don't capture right places.
PNB is charging from its customers for a long time for even depositing money using the self service kiosk if they have their account in other branch... Total nonsense.

there is very bed smell inside bank like rotten mouse since one year or more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services by bank. I came for taking my amount. They said have some internet problems. I don't know how is it possible on this of period. They all are using internet but not on service. I have take 4 hour for a little reason. And they don't have too much work. Only they calling or using social media.
