★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality is very bad.Had cracks on all the walls within a year.Builder sells the property by showing the club house but that is totally useless. You will have to pay for club even if you are not using it and if you want to join later on you will have to do the payment of all the previous months from the day of your booking.They starts charging maintenance from the date of booking no matter how late they give you the handover. Buy property at your risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have heard a lot of praise for the builder and project from a lot of property dealers but theproblem with this society is that it is still way under construction. The pace with which the work is going forward is really slow and the finished plan has very less space for gardens and leisurely places in between the buildings. The place when finished will be really congested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area near the sales office is well maintained, pained and cleaned everyday to show how clean and well maintained the society is and they have completely ignored the other areas and floors. We are paying maintenance charges only to keep the area of the sales office clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a resident at Fusion Homes from past 1.5 years, Indeed the location & flat layout is good,
Local market (Choti milk) & shops nearby is an addon but when it comes to security and women safety it's not sorted well.
A threat of insecurity has developed in all residents post few thefts in flats, allowing cars to enter without checking, boundary wall collapse, extra money charged for electricity & clubhouse, working labour in all towers, the security team is very careless and unprofessional, management is very incorporative, etc.
I would suggest all home buyers tell the builder that till its not a liveable society, you will not buy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud developer .. ask for money from every one even if they don't use gym .. How will they fit all 5000 residence in gym which can handle only 20-25 people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently buy flat in Fusion Homes, K tower and facing lots of issue. It will be seen that even after paying everything in advance we are not getting what is promised.
1. Vey poor quality.
2. Lots of cracks in walls after 2-3 months
3. Vey slow slow response form maintenance
4. Maintenance charge increase any-time without any informing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the owner of B 1601 Fusion Homes. I purchased the flat in month of September 2021 and am residing here. The construction of the society is very poor. Cracks r developing in the walls of society and in basement seepage is also seen. Request all buyers not to purchase any flat in Fusion Homes and French apartments (sister concern of Fusion Homes.)

Would request any prospective buyers to first check with current residents and then only decide to purchase flat in Fusion Homes
