★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is incomplete from last 10years and builder intention is negative. Many flats sold double or triple times. Builder only know how to make fool to buyers. All new buyers are requested pls keep away from elegant infracon pvt ltd. (Both project elegant ville & elegant splendor). Project is without OC/CC and quality is poor. At present, residence are living in poorest condition. For any clarification, any new buyer can meet with any residence for truth. Pls save ur hard earned money. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud builder, Fraud projects, People didn't get Possession from last 10 years , and those unlucky one got the Possession are staying in totally unsecure/ unhygienic/without CC/OC society, No basic facilities /single lift/No STP, Full risk involve in daily life. Builder is having too many fraud cases/Multiple selling of same flat / possession too much delay. SO PLEASE DON'T FALL IN THIS TRAP, AND DON'T TRY TO PUT YOUR HARD EARN MONEY IN ANY OF ELEGANT PROJECT. (Pics Nov-2021)
