★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best societies in Noida-Greater Noida by Gaur builders - Saundaryam. It speaks for itself unique and elegant design. It's a perfect option for a high rise residential lover. Society is very well maintained. Contains many amenities. Social club is really nice. Flats are also fine but they could be more spacious. Floor lobby area is also bit compromised in terms of space but it's fine.
Key point of the society is it's location and it's new structure with a nice management staff. A good society in this budget.
One more key thing of this society is the view towards Gaur City, that whole mall area is awesome and it will be a iconic place of Noida in coming days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A superb society to live in if you are looking for a space in noida extension.
I have lived in Indirapuram for 2 years and I cannot compare Gaurs with any society is Indirapuram. gaur Saundaryam is a much premium and better township that any location in Indirapuram.
The houses are constructed with a very good layout and the balconies especially are pretty huge which allows for a very good sitting space. The doors to the balconies are very wide which allows for ample sunlight to enter the house.
The houses in phase 2 are either park facing or road facing.
Both have their own advantages. The park facing houses receive ample amount of sunlight during winters which the road facing ones dont. The road facing houses are mall facing and the view loss surreal at night with the complete road lighted and the mall lit.
The park inside the premises is a big one and most of the Times different sport activities are going on.
The club is also sufficient for the gentry living here.
This is a semi luxury property built by Gaurs and is the most premium society in a radius of 10-15 kms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a resident of this society for a year. Society is well maintained but avoid living in the towers newly built. Continuous construction sound, drilling and lack of maintenance support in the newly built tower that it's impossible to work from home or even rest in the daytime.
Also, the maintenance staff is least bothered about their work, having no idea about construction going on in premises after 7 pm.
In our case even after providing all information and details in advance, they took 3-4 hours to give NOC on moving day as no one was available to sign the papers.
Better to choose some other society.
