Gaurs Group laid the foundation of Gaurs Gurukulum in acord with the gurukuls of yesteryears, at Gaur City 2 Temple, Greater Noida (W). In discussion with Bharat Samachar, the management shared the concept of Vedic Gurukul to educate 40 children who would be studying and residing for free to establish themselves with a course of 6 years, enriched with ancient teachings of the Vedas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to buy a flat in Gaur Saundaryam. I have listen a lot about this flat , construction quality, maintenance and location. When i see physically there, no doubt all seems really good. But i am disappointed with the central park of the whole society. Almost 30% of the area is occupied by local villagers. In some of the towers you will see the Nala view direct inside the compound. Seems there is some dispute happen between the Villagers and Gaur. In-fact the village temple is constructed almost inside the gaur premises. Still i don't know why it is overhyped. In my point of view it is not worth to spend your hard earn money in this project.

This is Sharon Tower, one of the towers in Gaur Saundaryam, Greater Noida West. This tower has a beautiful area design and systematic room pattern.
I loved the area given for each room as well as washroom, kitchen and hall area. The best part that I think about the design pattern is the balcony, they have balcony for every room, hall and kitchen. And due to this there is a proper ventilation in rooms.
The area is so open that you don't feel congested in the house. The master room as well as the two other rooms are also well maintained and designed. The utilisation of are for cupboard is also good.
The thought behind keeping washroom ventilated through the exhaust is also good and helps the most in summer.
The kitchen area is perfect and the drawers too. Perfect utilization of space in respect to the kitchen area is done. Also the balcony space for kitchen is too good.
Hall is too good as you can completely utilize the space for sitting area as well as dining area. And as the complete house is perfectly ventilated so your guests are going to love the place even in summer without any need for AC.
One thing that is sad about the house is the servant room. It is too small and congested and there is no ventilation. Anyone living in that room will surely suffocate and obviously I won't like that with my servant. The washroom area is too poorly designed that it feels like you are being punished and made to use it for sake.
Else I loved the flat much as compared to other societies. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High price, bad finishing, not good looking, high maintenance fees, don t invest your money in this project. Do not enter flat next to 1072 blossom tower (where I lived), labourers use it as a deposit and a latrine where they pee, spit, etc. Sometimes absolutely disgusting. Security staff despite a lot of them is untrustworthy, not able to do their job.
