★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing my first hand experience as a resident. poor quality of construction. Poorly maintained society and no proper security arrangements. Already 2 major theft incidents occurred in complex. Builder doesn't give care about the security of its residents. Even in handed over towers, reception is not furnished. Common areas and park are poorly designed and maintained. Only good thing about society was its location.

1. Builder offered the possession of flat.
2. Location is good as near by school and temple.
3. Very near to greater noida link road, hence commutation is bit easy.
4. Flat vantelation is good and open from 4 side.
5. Society is bit away from concrete jungle.

Worst part is Maa resturent party location with daily party,marrige fuctions with no volume limit and no stop time.even you can not take your office calls, loud speakers with no volume limit. Full day and night loud speakers running with bad songs, life is totally hell here..politics is very high in this society..please don't waste your time and money..

My mother is a senior citizen who surely lost her husband she has had to call 5-6 different people to try and get information from this office. My father paid the maintenance at the time of the position and he paid 2 years in advance and after he passed, my mother was totally unaware about this as she is a housewife who had to suddenly manage everything on her own. Nirala did not inform her about any payments and has been making her pay maintenance since 2019 up till now. They also made her pay a penalty of Rs.29184 in May 2021. This way they misuse the trust and money of poker who invest their hard earned money is absolutely shocking. They have no respect for anyone and also block you on what’s app if they don’t want to answer your queries. Absolutely disgusted with this, I request everyone who knows any higher authority that can help my mother in this matter, then please reach out to us. Thank you

Don't ever think about this society to buy any flat. There are lots of flats owner here who can give the same feedback. Don't waste your hard earned money in this society. Builder has used sand and stones. No cements used
