★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The deal for a commercial office was confirmed after months of negotiations. Last moment they called to tell that the office space was promised to their friend so the sale can't happen, which I doubt was the real reason.
Wasn't expecting this from Pandit Javdekar group. Lacks total professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's regarding the project at Balewadi High Street and It's been a matter of almost a year that you guys have been doing totally unprofessional work. Am living in a society which is hardly 20 meters from there and your construction workers start at around 6:30 in the morning making high noises of hammering and other construction activities. There a way to do the things which you and your team have failed to follow. Is it the time you start with such work? You must understand as a responsible citizen that this sound pollution affects the sleep of a common man and normal activities. At least set a time before that the work should not be carried out (normal office hours). Due to this unprofessional behaviour of yours, I am not going to recommend you ever to any of my friend.
