★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been 6 months since I took the possession at Rahul Arcus. Floor plan was incorrect so submitted the copy with "Shrikant Jadhav" at their Rahul capital office on Prabhat Road. Its been 5 months now and still haven't received the corrected floor plan. Thoroughly unprofessional people and poor quality of construction which gradually came to light. Think twice before buying a house with Rahul Construction
