★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most useless build quality. Very conveniently they get rid of their responsibility. Plumbing work is horrible. Flooring tiles have air gaps and bubbles inside. Doors are of inferior wood, door frames decompose. Worst is the ceiling plaster just falls off, whole house roof now has cracks and plaster is dropping off. Pics attached for reference. Mr. Badgi maintenance manager is one of the worst service managers I have met in my life. He damn cares for your problems. No solutions ever. Bought brand new house in 2011 in Avaneesh Apartments and from day one facing issues. Filed more than 65 complaints in just 3years. Paranjape’s are going the DSK way. Guys be careful don’t waste your hard earned money in these unreliable builders. ??
