★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very found of ur pearl jewellery, i have already purchased 1 chinch peti with green studs 2 years back from your thane branch. Today i again went to buy similar necklace for my sister but the sells girls there are very arrogant and making fun of mine infront me only
This is very disgusting i told abt this to cashier but seems like nobody cares abt customers. I think that is the mejor reason no body visits the shops. I had very bad and insulating experience. I walked out without purchasing. Big tumb down. Is this how u train your sells peron to treat your customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is located opposite Mango Showroom on Gokhale Road. It has two shops located in the same building, one is for gold & other one dedicated for silver. The gold section is full of finely designed jewellery. In silver section they have a great collection of idols, utensils, jewellery, etc. The work n designs are well carved & unique in its own way.

Extremely terrible and appalling experience with this Jweller, I went there to make a gold ring for my current coral stone.
Sales rep asks me "for what reason are you making gold ring, utilize existing silver ring as it were". I mean I don't have word to express my sentiments, what sort of conduct is this? This is surely not his concern what should I do with my ring.
Also, the attitude of the sales rep was so layback and presumptuous that nobody might want to spend even 10 rs there.
On the off chance that conceivable, I would have given negative rating to this shop. They genuinely need to improve on their demeanor.
