★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess they are too big to care about individual small time customers. I don't think I will be able to do business with them again. We had piece of jewelry bought from them over 30 years back. We gave it to them for repairs and they botched up the whole thing. On top of that, they were not ready to accept error on their part. If they can pooh pooh their old time customers, how can one expect that they will treat their newer customers any better! If anyone were to ask me, i would try to persuade them from doing any business with Lagu Bandhu.

I wouldn't advice anyone to buy from here.
Staff is also untrained.
