I was to receive a courier from pune to thane. The normal time taken is 2 days but it's already been 6 days and I still haven't received it!
On the top of it, I'm the one doing all the following up!
My parcel is kept at their thane branch but they're just not ready to give it to me!
The manager is not in town, the staff is extremely irresponsible! They've now even stopped receiving my calls!!
I wonder if they've lost my courier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery service. 8 days the courier did not reach Kalwa, where in they have branch at Thane. When called and wanted to know the status Sneha working there said it is been delivered back to origin ( second time). After further investigation, we found out the courier is still in Thane office.
When asked to deliver it in Kalwa they say it is beyond out range wherein it is hardly 4 kilometers. I requested them to speak to manager the lady handed over to a worst person. His reply was it is not our job to deliver, I was thinking did I dialed a wrong number? Of not a job of courier company to deliver shoes job is it?
End conclusion the person just kept the phone aside and I query was not been answered.
My simple question to MAHABALI COURIER COMPANY is why you guys are not able to deliver the courier to Kalwa wherein you office is just few KM away. And if that is the policy why you guys did not communicated us about same. Why we need to speak to us unprofessional employees? Are we paying your services for delivery or to listen to such unprofessional employees?

deliver courier the very next day.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUMBAI to THANE , IT TOOK 48 HOURS TO DELIVERY , THANE BRANCH FEMALE EXECUTIVES VERY UNRULY BEHAVIOR WHEN TRIED TO FOLLOW UP. WILL NEVER EVER, EVER AGAIN RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.
