★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possible the worst travelers I have experienced. The guys are not professional, cheaters and don't know how to behave with customers.
1) They say no to payment using cheque, credit card and insist payment on cash. So it is easier to cheat and make no trails of payment.
2) Initially they have given a receipt of 33500 instead of 32500. When we paid 33 500 and did the calculation it turned out to be 32500. The traveler said receipt was for 32,500 2, was looking like 3. Argument and discussion was futile.
3)It booked for 5 nights 6 days it asked for 4 nights and 5 days. It didn't show kunnur though it was in original booklet. The guests had problem with small vehicles, so insisted that it to be Volvo, the travel agent agreed. It changed mode of transport to smaller vehicles. Some of the guests didn't visit any place after they fall sick of vomiting because of smaller vehicles.
4)After they are back, the travel agent said they are discussing what will happen to travel plan and asked us to wait on day 1. On day 3, it blunted denied any refund. It said the 4 night 5 days travel was more expensive as they traveled in smaller vehicle and more kms. The guests has come from Bhubaneswar, so they went back.
So these are my observations
1)The guys are not professional and speak roughly with customers
2)They are cheaters who rub in broad day light.
3) They boast about being opaque and cheat and say no to transparency.
Don't use them for your travel plan. It will cost you both money and time and you won't get anything back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pick Off point for several long distance buses. Place is hard to find. Probably renovated or changed beyond recognition. Opposite of SBI Marathahalli Branch.
