Thats pic when take a car late delivery when emg take car because we are late as our plan folt is company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been renting cars for my trips from various websites for 3-4 years now but never had such a horrible experience. I rented innova crysta through SelfDrive.in website and Pannu Car Rental is their vendor. The rental started with such an inhospitable customer service. Their employee was so ill mannered. Car spare tyre was punctured, interiors were also in bad maintenance. They waste your time in rubbish talks, pickup time was 8AM and they handed me the car at 10:00AM. Initially they told us that we have to deposit 10k as security money, but at the time of pickup they demanded 20k which we paid because we were in hurry. Later after the return they literally charged us 20k deposit money for minor tears . Infact there were already many scratch on the vehicle before the pick up. They show their dog faces when you return their rented vehicle.
Never going back there. I do not recommend either SelfDrive.in Or Pannu Car Rentals and If you are going to rent from them, please check every parts. If there is any scratch , Please avoid because anyhow they are going to deduct your deposit for that no matter if it was before the pickup or not.

I would not suggest this rental service, unless you can't find any other option.
Truly not upto the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst rental service ever. Booked the car and paid the full amt for 17days in advance and while taking the vehicle we were asked to pay extra 20K as security. Once we took the car we found multiple issues with the car. While driving on a dangerous terrain the window fell out suddenly which was life threatening. We spent a lot of money and time in getting vehicle repaired which ruined our trip. This was not all when we reached back the deposit was not given back. They said they will send it to our accounts and later found that 9k was deducted from the advance and when we asked the reason they said it is for the damage caused to the vehicle by us.
Very unprofessional and unethical.
Really a very bad experience.

They donot have cars in good condition and definatly they dont have the way to deal with their clients.
First they gave us car with no horn and side mirros not woking.
Second when we called their support they said we cant help you in this.
When we told this to the manger at the time.of.returning the car he misbehaved and said aapko pehele check krke batana chahiye.
As if its our duty to inform them about the horn. There team should have inspected the car and done the routine service of the cars.
Not at all a welcoming team.
They all risked our lives without informing us aboht the side mirror issue..
Never take a self drive from this. Idiotic pannu. bohot bohot bekaar..
