★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy a T-shirt. They refused to honour the price they set on display. The cashier first argued that the price was Rs. 799 'onwards' and not flat Rs.799; when i clicked and showed him the photo that its just written 799, they simply said that they can't give at this price. Very frustrating.
If you've put up the price on display, why are you not honoring the same? I was asked to pay Rs.1049 for a Rs.799 t-shirt.
Obviously, I declined to purchase from a place with such shady business practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously I was expecting too much from pantaloons as it's the biggest pantaloons store in bbsr. But it's really disappointing that they don't have much variety in women's wear we can see there are nice offers going on right now in cuttack store but that was missing in bbsr. The staff is not that cooperative when I was trying to ask for the size option they literally said no for everything which I was not expecting. The store is too big with clean and highly maintained ambiance but I can say it can be better.

There are 3 floors and there are also separate sections for kids, ladies and gents. Besides clothes one can find accessories like belts, watches, fashion goggles etc. The prices of products are on the higher side and one will have to shop judiciously. Customers can find many rated national and international brands to choose from.
