★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room Size - Good & spacious but with very old furniture
Floor- Never take Ground floor, rest is ok.
Bathroom - Check flush button before check-in, rest is ok.
Sea Facing - No use of sea facing, as you can hardly get the feeling of it.
Food- For vegetarian less option are available, but heard from other customer that Non-veg preparation was good. By the way I am veg.
Price & facility comparison- Compare to facilities, price is at higher side.
Best part - Peaceful environment with the feeling of having personal beach.
Worst Part - Beer parlor is there , but park for children is not yet started, just a space is there will zero mnt.
Local fish market for non veg lover will disappoint.
Local sightseeing will start from Balasore, hire a car and explore Devkund waterfall, Panchlingeswar temple, Kheerchor Temple, Emami Jagannath Temple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. Maintainence is poor. There were wires leaking out from the bathroom which was active! The price for a room is too high than its services. We booked an a/c room. The a/c machine was continuously making noises making our stay unpleasant. The tour plans are over priced and there were no tour plans for couple. What 4 persons has to pay a couple has to pay the same price! It took ₹700 by odtc sponsored cab to reach to the hotel from balasore station where the distance is 16km only (30 mins)! Pathetic pricing! I would recommend to visit this place only if your planning for a beach vibe. If you r up for a tour do book your cab in advance to avoid paying extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 4 stars as there are very few properties in Chandipur. Located just infront of the main Chandipur beach. Room condition is not good compared to other Panthanivas properties. Room service is average. Food menu is limited but tasty. Overall average experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has enough cob webs to be called as ghost place . The non AC room is good for taking a bath after sea and getting out. The staff does not bother to serve well only excuse. May be not their fault as the managers place us well kept but not room or restaurant. The rooms are not fit for staying overnight. Food was good though.

BUT the canteen is not good. They take too much time to deliver, food quity medium. Overall a good place to stay but you need to adjust a little on food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sea lovers will not prefer this place as it's far far away in Chandipur. Seashore is bit dirty and sea is not for bath. Property is good with lot of parking place. Restaurant good in serving food (place the order at least one hour before to get the foods). AC suite are recommended as specious, good and sea facing. Sea foods are costly outside and within this property. Bonfire available on extra price and request. Only 4/5 gift shops nearby with very high cost. Overall nothing to do much in the Rocket City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. Maintenance is poor. The authorities are paying attention to the A.C. suites and not to the basic rooms. We stayed just for a night. So booked a four bed non A C. room. Don't go for this option as the bathrooms are in a terrible condition. Park area inside the hotel premises needs improvement too. Food is good. Behaviour of the restaurant staffs is polite and cordial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are somehow manageable. But the behaviour of the staffs is amiable. They are very helpful and quick responsive. The food quality in restaurant is also admirable. Lastly, the location is beautiful ❤️! People who love silence and love to travel in quite places, should try this place. Can be visited with families and children also.
