Nice plan to visit, especially in the early morning or evening. Walking alone and spending time with yourself is gonna help someone to reduce stress.

Chandipur, the hidden gem of Odisha, is a beach in Baleswar District. The beach is unique in a way that the water recedes up to 5 kilometres twice a day during the ebb tides and you can walk on the sea bed. You can see people riding bikes, children playing cricket and tourists walking miles for enjoying the unique phenomena of nature. Due to its unique circumstances, the beach supported bio-diversity. It has a very beautiful sunset point. The cool breeze with the roasted corn is the most loved combo. Chandipur is famous for its seafood also, specially the prawns and pomfrets. So the next time you’re there don’t forget to try some mouth-watering Odia style fried prawns and pomfret in one of the small beach shacks. However, beyond the natures hide and seek games, Chandipur has much more surprise for its visitors. The Balaramgodi village, merely 3 km from Chandipur. If you like fishing and the smell of fish you must visit here. There is a big fish market in the village and fresh sea fishes are available at cheap price. This village is also famous for the bengoli freedom fighter Jatindranath Mukherjee (Bagha Jatin). On the way to Balaramgodi Village you will see a Radha Krishna Temple on the right side of the road, where Lord Radha and Krishna are worshipped. In the courtyard of the temple it has a little amusement park for kids where you can enjoy with rabbits and white peacocks. Indian Strategic Forces Command’s Integrated Test Range (ITR) is also located here at Abdul Kalam Island (formerly known as Wheeler Island). Numbers of Indian missiles have been tested and launched from the ITR including nuclear-capable Prithvi, Agni and Shaurya ballistic missiles, as well as Akash and Barak 8 surface-to-air missiles.

This is lonely beach where nothing much to do. It's not much vibrant beach. However, you may enjoy local sea food and fish fry at the nearby shops and stalls.
