★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Station needs redevelopment, msrtc should fund all such bus depots as it need to be upgraded, so they can generate sort of revenues, Gujrat bus stand should be undertaken, which will also help to construct bus depot cum commercial complex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to rate given the purpose it serves. Panvel Bus Depot is very important as it is considered as the Gateway of Mumbai to the people coming from Pune and Konkan Region. People coming from Konkan via bus and willing to go into Mumbai usually stop here and take local Sub-urban trains and they are cheap and provide a faster mean of transport to reach Mumbai.
However, if you are going from Mumbai to Konkan in the evening, then there no buses from 6 pm to 11 pm at all. All the buses coming after are night buses and they come after 11 pm. And even the staff in the help desk is not supportive at all. They give arrogant answers when asked about the bus timings.
It is expected that if buses departing Mumbai are coming to Panvel then they should know about their timing. When asked they simply say we don't know anything about them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Main bus stop of the whole district. Government Buses for all location are available. Inquiry center is right in between. Bus depot also has toilet for passengers. Rest area is also available. Local and interstate long route buses are regularly and daily available.
