★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I requested a window ac. They took my split ac in fair condition and replaced it with a faulty ac. I requested immediately for repair/replacement of the ac. Since feb 2017 i have been waiting. I have called hundreds of times. Every time they asked for an excuse. Finally i gave up as it was clode to 1 year. I kept my professional camera in an air conditioned room. As the ac was not functional my gears got fungus. I lost another 5000 in service and repair. My total loss was 10k. I could have bought a new ac at 15 with exchange. It was a huge loss. But I am planning to take legal action against them. And certainly their service us terrible and they are not atall reliable.
